Celltrion Pharmaceutical provides training for technical personnel in accordance with relevant laws such as the Air Quality Preservation Act, Water Quality Preservation Act, and Chemical Substances Control Act. Additionally, the company conducts annual safety training on hazardous chemicals for both direct handlers and all employees. The training content and results are reported to the Chemical Safety Agency.

Celltrion Pharmaceutical operated an environmental quiz booth to enhance employees' knowledge of environmental issues and encourage participation in the campaign.
