Environmental management

Celltrion Pharmaceutical strictly complies with domestic and international environmental regulations to minimize the environmental impact generated during the pharmaceutical production process. The company is equipped with facilities and systems dedicated to environmental conservation. In addition to the mandatory requirements set by environmental laws and regulations, various tasks are carried out to ensure compliance and sustainability.

Environmental education

Celltrion Pharmaceutical provides training for technical personnel in accordance with relevant laws such as the Air Quality Preservation Act, Water Quality Preservation Act, and Chemical Substances Control Act. Additionally, the company conducts annual safety training on hazardous chemicals for both direct handlers and all employees. The training content and results are reported to the Chemical Safety Agency.

E.H.S. Campaign

Celltrion Pharmaceutical operated an environmental quiz booth to enhance employees' knowledge of environmental issues and encourage participation in the campaign. Through this initiative, we help employees understand the importance of environmental protection and encourage them to take practical actions.

Expanding waste separation and recycling

Celltrion Pharmaceutical actively implements waste separation and disposal practices. To support this, waste disposal training materials are distributed, and employees are continuously guided on proper separation methods. In particular, the company systematically carries out paper recycling to increase the recycling rate and is committed to reducing resource waste.

Occupational safety work

In order to prevent safety accidents in the workplace, we are carrying out periodic inspections/improvement activities such as discovering potential risk factors and collecting suggestions/opinions, and we are regularly conducting accident response education/training to ensure safety awareness for all employees, including partner companies. In addition, we are carrying out safety and health activities in various fields such as continuous communication, exchange, cooperation, and campaigns to form a safety culture.
